The project began when a pasta company came to us with the challenge of finding innovative ways to promote their range of pasta varieties. After much brainstorming, we decided to take a guerrilla marketing approach, which involved creating a unique character to advertise the pasta. And so, Macaronbaz was born! Disguised in his cloak, Macaronbaz roamed the streets, spreading the word about the delicious pasta varieties available from the company. It was a risky and unconventional approach – after all, we were relying on people picking up on the character and spreading the word. But our gamble paid off – in no time, the video of Macaronbaz had gone viral on social media, with people sharing and tagging their friends and family. The response was overwhelming, with fans raving about the originality of the idea and the mouth-watering pasta varieties on offer.
